About

Hi! I’m Kathleen—an illustrator and designer based in Chicago.

I studied anthropology, writing, and design, and love to see how all of these interests intersect when engaging in visual storytelling.

Currently pursuing my MFA in Illustration, I’m focused on bringing my unique, colorful, and whimsical voice to the fine art, editorial, fashion, and surface design markets.

When I’m not drawing, I enjoy fashion design, TV, time with friends and family, and arguing with anyone who will listen about why gouache is the superior medium.
